The rest of the queue — non-EU advanced-economy passports whose files aren't started yet. The four marked EFTA already hold free movement into the EU, so their files would be about the rest of the world, not about getting into Europe.
A passport file is only written when it can be written honestly — from primary treaty texts and official listings, verified where possible and labelled where not. That takes a real research pass per passport, so new files follow demand rather than a schedule.
